Who we partner with
We collaborate with a diverse range of institutions to ensure that every individual has access to high-quality mentoring and professional growth opportunities.
How a Partnership Works

What We Bring
Trained, screened mentors and facilitators; a structured curriculum aligned with SEL and counseling goals; and the data to show it works.

Your Commitment
A point of contact; student referrals and a regular meeting space; and a spot in the schedule for mentoring and monthly workshops.
OUR CURRICULUM
One curriculum, built for every setting
Every partnership runs on The Leadership Journey™, our own leadership curriculum: eight courses with twelve modules each, in editions for ages 11–14, 15–20 and adults. The framework stays the same. Our facilitators adapt the language to your students, staff or community.
Schools & youth programs
Fits advisory periods, after-school time and summer programs.
Workforce & public agencies
Professional & Career Leadership (Course 601) builds the communication, accountability and follow-through employers look for.
Nonprofits, faith & community groups
Develops volunteers and emerging leaders through a service-learning project tied to real community impact.
Train your own facilitators
Course 801, Mentor & Facilitator Certification, prepares your staff and volunteers to lead the Journey themselves, so the program keeps growing after launch.
Our Commitments

Student Privacy
We follow FERPA and your district's data-sharing agreement. Student information is never sold or shared without permission.

Bilingual Support
Family communication, forms, and reports are available in English and Spanish to ensure every family feels heard and supported.

Evidence-Based Reporting
You receive regular de-identified reports on participation, goals, and outcomes, providing clear data for your team to report.

Co-designed, not dropped in
We adapt to your schedule, your students, and your goals, then refine with your feedback.
Common Questions
What does it cost?
Programs are funded through a mix of grants, partner contracts, and donations. We'll work with you on a model that fits your budget, and we'll say so plainly if a program needs funding to launch.
How long does it take to launch?
Most school cohorts launch within one to two months of a signed agreement. Co-design, referrals, consent, and matching all happen in that window.
Who are the mentors?
Trained adults from the community, screened and prepared to work with young people, who commit to meeting with their student every two weeks for the full term.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most partners begin with one cohort at one site and expand once they see results.
