L.I.F.E Academy
Every student deserves a trusted adult, a plan, and a place to lead. L.I.F.E Academy brings all three into the school day, pairing students with trained mentors and surrounding them with tutoring, wellness support, family connection, and real leadership experience.
What Makes Us Different
Empowering every learner through a holistic approach that bridges the gap between school, home, and community.
A Trusted Adult Who Shows Up
Each student is matched with a trained mentor who meets with them one-to-one every two weeks, all year. Consistency is the point: students learn that someone is in their corner.
Support for the Whole Student
Mentoring is paired with tutoring, regular wellness check-ins, and tiered support plans, so a student who is struggling in math, at home, or with confidence gets help with the real issue.
Families in the Circle
Community health workers connect families with resources and keep them informed, in English and Spanish, so progress at school is backed up at home.
A Path They Can See
Students set goals, explore careers, take field trips, and enroll in college courses while still in high school, turning 'someday' into a plan with dates.
Student Voice & Leadership
Monthly workshops build self-awareness, communication, and leadership. Every student finishes with a capstone project that improves their school or community.
Built for Schools
The program fits the bell schedule, aligns with counseling goals, and tracks engagement and outcomes, so school teams see what is working.
